Paypal is now letting users send and receive money with Facebook messenger. 
Paypal announced today on the 20th of October, 2017 that they will now allow their new and esteemed customers to  to send and receive money with a popular social media application "Facebook Messenger".

 

This method has been the easiest and will always be the easiest one that i have seen so far, those with a valid PayPal account can now use Facebook Messenger to make payments between one another and this payment is what is known as "peer-to-peer payments" (P2P Payments) in an integration that starts October 20th, 2017. 

With this new method, using Facebook messenger, people can now send money to any of their friends by pressing the blue plus icon as shown in the diagram above, selecting the green payments button and choosing PayPal as their funding source, this sounds interesting for me.

 

This move will now open up payments for more than 1.2 Billion Facebook users. Previously Facebook had launched a feature in its messaging app that lets users send cash to one another the in the same form "peer-to-peer payments" (P2P Payments) but then it was not through Paypal but it was through a very common source, the Credit/Debit card in the year 2015. 

For my friends like I who make use of Paypal, i am very glad to inform you that there is now a reliable and fast way to send money with this new customer service bot for the Facebook Messaging app so that users in need of cash can get help right away. Facebook and the popular payment service 'Paypal' have teamed up together to provide a new way of sharing bill among each other, you can access this feature the same way you accessed the credit or debit card feature back then in 2015. Don't forget, simply tap the blue icon and then tap the green payments button to bring up the options.

 

For other users that have set up the debit card feature that was released in 2015, you can easily change this feature by tapping on the change button and then select Paypal account feature that was recently added to connect to your account with messenger. 

 

My iOS users can enjoy this feature for now because the Android version is yet to be released, the expected release date of the Android version is on the 5th of November, 2017. But there is a sad news at the end of the story, only users that reside or live in the United States can access this feature for now, and we will kindly report to you by updating this post if this feature can be accessed by the whole world.
